John E. Hinkel, Jr. and Tiffany Lauderdale Phillips, both certified mediators, have volunteered to mediate cases during the upcoming Fayette Circuit Court Settlement Week in September, 2009. During Settlement Week parties have the chance to obtain free mediation services in order to try to resolve their legal disputes by agreement.

Jerred P. Roth has just attended the 2010 IACC (International Associaion of Commercial Collectors, Inc.) annual conference in Florida. The IACC is an international trade association comprised of more than 240 collection specialists and 160 commercial attorneys.
