Johanna F. Ellison

Johanna F. Ellison is Of Counsel in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation, Litigation and Employment Law Groups, representing employers, insurance adjusters, small businesses and national corporations. She specializes in assisting and representing employers in all phases of the workers’ compensation process, from just after an injury occurs, through discovery and litigation, to settlement and the handling of ongoing medical issues.

Ms. Ellison brings a fresh, creative approach to a sometimes confusing process for employers. She understands that workers’ compensation issues can have an impact on other aspects of an employer’s interaction with its employees.

Ms. Ellison can also help employers and insurers navigate the intersection of workers’ compensation with such laws as the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the unemployment system. The result is cohesive legal representation that covers all the bases.
