John E. Hinkel, Jr. is a Member in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Collections, Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolutions Groups. He is a trained mediator and is on the Roster of Court Approved Mediators of the Kentucky Administrative Office of Courts. Mr. Hinkel focuses on finding practical solutions for challenging financial matters and has handled complex matters in creditor-debtor law, bankruptcy and effective debt collection.
