Guy R. Colson
Guy R. Colson is a Member of the firm and chair of the firm’s Litigation, Insurance, Education Law and Real Estate Groups, with a focus on insurance defense, insurance coverage, professional liability, personal injury, civil litigation, education law and real estate.
Mr. Colson represents his clients with a depth of legal knowledge honed over 40 years of experience handling challenging litigation and business matters in state and federal courts. He is a seasoned litigator with a notable record of successful trials before the state and federal courts as well as substantial appellate experience before the Kentucky and United States Supreme Courts.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Colson has substantial experience representing School Boards across the Commonwealth in matters involving students, teachers and school systems.
