Taylor L. Oldham
Taylor L. Oldham is an Associate of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group. Taylor graduated with his MBA and law degree in May 2019 and has been practicing Workers’ Compensation ever since. During Law School, he was a member of the UK Law Trial Advocacy Board and Vice President of the UK Business Law Society.
Taylor is able to provide advanced understanding to businesses and corporations of the long- and short-term impacts of litigation. Taylor believes in aggressive and cost-efficient litigation strategies that allow for the best economic outcome for his clients. Sometimes this will include zealous appellate advocacy. Taylor has successfully appealed to the Workers’ Compensation Board on numerous occasions and has several industry-altering appeals pending before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Kentucky Supreme Court. Workers’ Compensation affects nearly all businesses in Kentucky, and as such Taylor represents a diverse set of clients, covering many industries.
