Robert C. Welleford has practiced in the firm’s Litigation Group for the last decade.

His 30 years of litigation experience as a trial attorney includes work in both the federal and state courts of Kentucky. His jury trial experience during his early years as a prosecuting attorney provided a valuable foundation for defending civil lawsuits up to and through trial during the years that followed. His practice over the past 20 years has focused on the defense of professionals including physicians, directors, officers, insurance agents, attorneys and other healthcare providers.
