Fowler Bell PLLC attorney Johanna Ellison attended the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Education Association Annual Conference in Louisville, KY on December 13 and 14. Ms. Ellison also moderated a panel presentation titled “Legal Issues for Adjusters”. She is also on the planning committee for the conference. It is an opportunity for workers’ compensation attorneys and insurance professionals to meet, get updates on the latest legal and medical topics in the field, and to raise money for a good cause. All proceeds from the KWCEA conference, including money raised at a silent auction, go to benefit Kids’ Chance of Kentucky, a non-profit devoted to providing scholarships to children of Kentucky workers who have been killed or suffered catastrophic injuries in work-related accidents.
